Because conversations became texting, arguments became phone calls, feelings became subliminal messages, sex became easy, the word “Love” is used out of context, insecurities became a habit, trust is hard to come by, being hurt became natural & leaving became the only option. Sad but true, so if you have something that’s worth it, don’t take it for granted, fight for it & don’t let it go.
Every relationship will get “boring” after you’ve been together for years. Love isn’t a feeling it’s a commitment to love every day, physically & emotionally. Its difficult, its not always laughs, smiles and fun people tend to quit when it stops being fun, and they go look for someone else, because “the spark is gone” No, that’s not how it works you want somebody to never give up on you, and love you unconditionally then do the same.
Be the change don’t measure love in time, measure love in transformation. Sometimes the longest connections yield very little growth, while the briefest of encounters change everything. The heart doesn’t wear a watch it’s timeless. It doesn’t care how long you know someone. What is cares about is resonance. Resonance that opens it, resonance that enlivens it, resonance that calls it home and when it finds it transformation begins…….
